My sister ordered a giant cookie for my birthday yesterday and I couldn't believe what Vanessa who she works with had managed to do. It is beyond good. Massive 5* rating to Vanessa herself for doing this. Excellent work Vanessa, you smashed it.

Very unhappy with my purchase, I have been buying giant cookies for many years and I have never recieved such a poor product. It is so thin you can't even pick up a slice without it falling apart. It's not much thicker than a 20 pence piece. Very poor for the £22 cost, have you halved the dough used? I did question why it was so thin. The assistant said she has only been there 2 weeks and wasn't aware that it is usually any different. They have always been much thicker. I must say the writing and decoration however is excellent.

Ordered online late yesterday for my wife's birthday cookie, turned up early to collect and it wasn't ready.The lovely staff apologised, although there was no need to! I even managed to customise my order as online you can't do that. Returned 30 minutes later, still well within my collection window and it was ready. Very well presented and well piped icing. I cannot thank the staff enough, cookie was superb and the customer service outstanding!
