After a bad experience with another estate agent we were very discouraged. Our house had been on the market for more than six weeks, and we’d only had five viewings. James Millard sold our house within two weeks of us signing with them, and organised more than 25 viewings. Their advice was practical, and they kept their promises, unlike others who promise the world and fail to deliver. It has been a good experience from beginning to end. From our first meeting, the team at the Hildenborough office displayed a very good understanding of the local market and where our property would sit in this.
