A very hardworking super reliable chap. He converted a tired wet room into a family bathroom for me which included new suite (thermostatic shower, bath, basin and WC) also radiator. Thank you very much! Will be using again on the cloakroom.

Manol was very responsive to attending to an ongoing leak I had. He was knowledgeable and genuinely interested in finding and addressing the cause. Beside that he helped me resolve many plumbing issues round the house and was both pleasant and tidy. I will be using him again.

I called for a quote to see why had to be done for a leak we had over night and Manol came out as he said he would do a free quote and he had a look around and while he did he broke the panel on the bath and then when he told me what was wrong he asked for money even though he said he would see what was wrong for free.
