Needed a spare part to remedy a problem I had caused myself, dropped a line to customer service who could not have been more helpful and managed to source and supply a replacement part. I was expecting to have to purchase a whole new item so was more than pleasantly surprised at the very positive response, and speedy delivery.

Great product, delivered on time and great after sales service.

I had a small missing part for water butt stand,I contacted late afternoon and it arrived the following morning.THATS WHAT YOU CALL SERVICE!

Boxes shatter easily, would not recommend.

I purchased a water butt manufactured by this company from ToolStation. The stand comes in 3 parts which need to be connected by 3 clips which were unfortunately missing from the kit. Toolstation were disinterested in the problem or their S.G.A. obligations. I emailed and telephoned Whitefurze last Friday, and they have emailed me to say the missing parts are on their way. Excellent customer service!

Needed some new storage boxes but my usual place has stopped supplying them, phoned whitefurze and the lady on the phone was so helpful and helped point me into the right direction. Very happy and happy to support a British brand!

The worst company I have ever had to deal with hands down. Whilst they had a record breaking year in sales they took advantage, lied and ripped me off time and time again. The accused me in emails of twisting words when they in fact did it their way or no way, ignoring me for weeks and orders being 6 to 7 weeks late with no apology and then the order turns up with half of it missing. I will never see that money again now it turns out. The most insensitive and non existent customer service I have ever experienced. The company seems to be rotten from the top down to its core. I write this in the hope of saving another person, especially a small business owner from the nightmare of having to rely on and deal with this this terrible, terrible company. Please avoid at all costs.

From Sainsbury's I bought 2-3 packs of Whitefurze 6 plant pots and one 5 pack of saucers. To get enough saucers for six pots I would have had to buy another pack of saucers just for one pot. Just mean. Why not have six packs of saucers as well

Very unhelpful sales staff! Got a definite CAN'T do attitude, no ability to be flexible when they fail delivery have to wait 1 week extra for vehicle breakdown.
