Using this branch every week! Today went in to order and I was told to go to the tablets and order! No explanation at all to why! Well not until I kicked off slightly that some bloke come out thinking he owns the place explaining why and being very eye balling on your face! Not keeping his space away from me! This will be going forward!!! Shop next door for from now on

Been to screw fix a few times the past year and always got exactly what I needed. Good customer service and patience especially when trying to match old to new products. Only down side is a few items I needed were not in stock but I had them the next day.

Staff here are amazing! Hard workers need to be looked after so put the heating on!! It was 5c in the shop today 2nd day running during covid. Are you trying to make them unwell just giving them gloves and hats??
