Wasn't in for a special delivery guaranteed letter, arranged a redelivery which was for Monday 15th..... still not here and they don't answer their phone. Royal mail call centre want to rearrange redelivery which will take 48 hours, NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Went to collect an item for my daughter that they said had been attempted to be delivered on the previous Saturday which they did not as we were in all day. The doorbell was not rung and no card was left by the delivery officer. We only found this out when the sender contacted us and she offered to arrange redelivery for the Monday. Again redelivery was attempted and we were in all day but again doorbell not used and this time a card was left in Welsh with no information on the card stating times they were open for collection of the item. The card stated ID would be needed of the person you were collecting the item for but on arrival none was asked for and I was just given the item. Not impressed by the whole situation so asked to speak to a manager but was told he was unavailable as on a conference call. Overall very disappointed by the service and hope I never have to visit them again. Covid compliant but that is the only good point I can find to say.

I only give a star because I can't give no stars. I've been waiting 3 days for a delivery. This is the 3rd parcel in 2 weeks, each parcel has had an issue and was unable to be delivered on the day they said, it's always the same response, the driver attempted the delivery" even though I waited in all day for them as they have a 12 hour time slot for deliveries. The sorting office doesn't answer the phone and customer services is unable to deal with issues or complaints. All in all royal mail is a pathetic business and I would strongly recommend people to avoid them whenever possible. Any other courier service is a better service

Very disappointed had to pay over £40 for a parcel sent from the US only for ot to be delivered to the wrong addressAs of writting this has not been able to retrieve my parcelBut this is not uncommon as the post man often delivers things to the wrong address around here my husband and I have had to either chase down the post man or try to figure out were our mail has been sent

A small sorting office that allows prepaid parcel drop off and pick up of undelivered items. Very busy at this time and only a couple of public parking spaces. Staff are friendly and well organised.

Waited in all day for a tracked parcel today only to see that at 15.11 today it was returned back to Cardiff Facility . I suppose the fact that Wales was playing rugby today was just a coincidence or did the delivery man run out of time because he watched the match !!! Evri and DPD and other delivery companies much more reliable. No wonder Rotal Mail is in trouble

I love this place... friendly staff and I think parcels and letters are brilliant. cant wait for my next visit. big up to them all

Had a parcel being delivered Weds 16 Sept would not be at home for delivery time slot so completed safe place to leave option as requested on line.Parcel arrives postman just leaves a card through my door telling me parcel too big for letterbox and will be taken back to sorting office in Pontyclun!!!I went online to check opening times for sorting office which clearly stated 07.00 to 12.00 Thurs 17 Sept arranged to start work an hour later to enable me to collect my parcel arrived at 06.50 Thurs morning went to the door at 07.00 to find they have changed their opening times to 08.00 to 10.00 a complete waste of time I then had to go into work and due to Royal mail incompetence ask for yet another hour off to go back to Pontyclun and collect my parcel. Every time I have a parcel delivery from Royal mail I have to go and collect it from Pontyclun.

Went over and above their customer service upon request to help me have my mail which had been delayed for a week
