Kidz 1st Day Nursery

Worst experience ever. My son attened for one term. We did not allow him to go back, as nursery staff failed to provide me with daily updates (something they pride themselves in doing).I had no idea what ny son was up to. I had no idea if he was having a good time (but the cries at drop off and pick up, indicated that he didn't).Daily, i asked how he was getting on, what he was up to etc, and for a whole term did not get a response. When i finally conplained via email, i received a response 3 weeks later. And even, my complaints and concerns were not addressed.

My three year old son has special educational needs. He has been attending Kidz 1st Day Nursery for nearly three months now. I am very pleased with the progress he has made in such a short space of time. He is now able to sit and focus on activities, his understanding has greatly increased, he will now accept a wider variety of food and he engages more with his family. He is settled and making great progress. I now have peace of mind knowing that my child's specific needs; educational, social and developmental, are being met.

Kids first is a place each and every parent should take their children to .they have friendly Teachers. They are very helpful.

Lovely, welcoming staff -everyone is accommodating to parents needs. My daughter thoroughly enjoys the nursery, and asks to go back when I collect her. I am happy I chose this nursery for my little one.

I am really happy with the progress my daughter makes at this nursery it's the best I would recommend this nursery to anyone

Both my 2 year old and 3 year old attend this nursery. My son has really come out of his shell and I must say his development is advancing rapidly. My daughter has special educational needs and she too is developing in ways I didn’t feel was possible yet. I couldn’t be more happy with the Kidz 1st team. They are friendly, caring and seem to always go above and beyond for the children at the nursery. 5* would recommend to any parent who is looking for a safe, friendly, warm environment for their children to learn and grown

They kicked my daughter out witch is TWO years old.. Not happy at all
