Friendly staff and a quick turnaround but unfortunately, my watch was scratched pretty badly during a battery replacement.I was advised the caseback was difficult to remove, hence the scratch, however, I had no issues when the battery was previously changed by the manufacturer.I would have preferred if no further action was taken once the replacement was first deemed to be difficult, however, there is nothing I can do about the damage now.

Wow what a beautiful shop, a hidden gem in newquay. Went in for a small repair today and it was done no questions asked , very reasonable too. If you need somewhere to buy a special gift for someone this is the place to come , gorgeous jewellery and watches. Will be back for sure

I would highly recommend this shop for watch battery replacements, i live in newquay and needed a new battery for my Nixon watch, the staff were very friendly and helpful and managed to get my watch up and running again within 20 mins which was great as it gave me just enough time to go and check the surf at the nearby beach. Much better than sending it off or having to take a trip to Truro. It was a very satisfactory experience and at a great price too.
