Spoke to Rea on the phone who was extremely helpful and offered lots of free advice. Rea has been looking after my computer for a few years now along with a few of my friends who are quite elderly. She just comes round and fixes it when I can't get online or it just doesn't work properly with no problem at all. I recommend her. Thanks Rea.

Having travelled to Leighton Buzzard to quote for a bathroom conversion, I found to my dismay, the laptop I'd taken with me for use with on-line bathroom suite selection, had decided to play up and was running incredibly slow on startup and when trying to connect to relevant web site's. Rather than waste what was a fairly long journey and with my customers permission, I was able to find and contact A1 Computer Support who were able to come out to my Customers home to effect a repair. What can I say, they were with me fairly quickly and effected a repair in less than an hour. In short, a brilliant service and very reasonably priced. I can't recommend them highly enough.

And Rea saves the day again. My new computer fails after 4 months, She managed to save all my information, to another hard drive, and fix my laptop. Great service!

This is the second time I've used this service, They accessed my computer remotely and fixed three big problems I've had.
