I would definitely recommend Jim Bobs Buses. The whole experience was a pleasure. Excellent customer service, the camper van we hired was of a very high standard, with all the equipment and gadgets needed for a comfortable stay. Bent over backwards to try to accommodate our requests. We will 100% be using again. :-)

Amazing service from these guys. Vans were in A1 condition and very well kitted out. Very easy to deal with, very friendly and informative staff. Will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Brilliant VW Campervan, had everything I needed including a tent, BBQ grill and even tv (not that we watched it). The freedom of hiring a campervan is great, we would just wake in the morning having camped next to the beach and then just decide if we stay another night or moved on to a different campsite. Highly recommend

It may have only been a month since our last Jim Bob's Buses experience but we just couldn't wait to do it again!Same van, same awesome customer service and another wicked camper van experience!Welsh company, Welsh roads, only one suitable Welsh word to use...LUSH!

We rented a VW 6.1 LWB for 2 months with pop up / sink / stove / fridge and all the bells and whistles.Great customer service, we travelled all around France taking in the 'craik' for the RWC2023 as well as the Normandy beaches, and sightseeing as we drove along.The vans are a dream to drive (ours was a 7 speed automatic with 'distance control' and really comfy!).We did 5000 miles in this and the fuel consumption was excellent!!The support service from the whole team, Rhys, Jim and Marie could not have been better.(So much so that other family members are looking to book their travels with Jim).I rarely rate a company 5:5 but Jimbob and his team really do deserve this rating.They will add all manner of items to make your trip worthwhile (folding chairs / portable 'potty' / bike racks) as well as starter cylinders of gas for the cooker.Cannot fault them at all.

What a great experience and holiday, hired the VW T5.1, planned the trip which took us to scotish highlands and Isle of Skye, Loch Ness, Loch Lomond and the trossachs, Ben Nevis, then to the lake district finishing with our final stopover in the Malverns, Camper was very comfortable and a pleasure to drive, dont let the cost of fuel put you off, these vans are fantastic, we did 1489 miles and after calculations managed an amazing average of 47MPG with careful driving, the camper takes only a few minutes to set up on arrivel regardless of weather as you dont even need to get out, Jimbobsbuses are a pleasure to deal with, the booking process was easy as the website is so simple to navigate, the collection of vehicle was easy and they show you how everything works, there is nothing i can say that is negative, well done Jimbob, we are already planning our next trip and will hopefully be booking a camper for same time next year within the next week. We’ve just had the best weekend ever in Jim’s T6! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire the van again - it was comfortable, well equipped and maintained to a high standard. The campervan drove like a dream and it was easy to set up and put away. Jim was helpful and professional and we look forward to more trips away!
