Terrible customer service, not helpful.just sticks to there ‘it’s written on their delivery section’ so they have done what they say they will do.I paid £6.50 for express delivery but it isn’t like other retailers where you get your item delivered quicker than standard delivery. You pay £6.50 to go to the top of the packing queue. I hope their staff gets the £6.50 as a bonus for wrapping my parcel!
