I would avoid this place, my sister purchased a gold chain under pressure and when she got it home she found it wasn't suitable for what she wanted, she asked if she could have a refund but they wouldn't give one they made her have a credit note, the chain was still in the bag and had not been worn, spend a bit more and go to a decent jeweler's that refund.

As a jewellery lover i often shop at Warren James as does my family and friends , Therefore when i visited the shop today the shop assitant was very rude ,Shouting several items before i even got the chance to say what i was looking for .I was very suprised as this has never happened in the past .It has definitely changed my mind about visiting my local jewellers

Just visited this store and the young lady (DG) that served my wife could not have been more helpful and understand after we returned an item, exceptionally customer servive unlike the service we recived at the Sittinbourne store. Thank you so much

Transphobic Staff and treat their customers like they are beneath them! I've shopped in Warren James for years and have some amazing friends that work in other stores. So I will only be sharing the experience of the one in pentagon shopping Centre. A member of staff was saying to another member of staff Look at That Tranny" it's disgusting and very unprofessional. Also every time I'm walking past the shop I'm made to feel very uncomfortable! I also reported to the police because it's a hate crime."

Have used warren James for number of years. First Time i had been to this particular store safe to say be the last. Rude unwelcoming staff!The looks 1 particular lady gave was disgusting.Can't fault products.
