I used this pharmacy yesterday to have bloods taken, I cannot recommend them enough, what could have been a very stressful experience for me was changed in an instant with the kind and compassionate staff member who fitted me in at a moments notice and took my bloods. Thank you so much, I appreciate you so much for helping me.

Delighted and impressed with the service here. I've just swapped from Boots because they have become such a pain to deal with, and the difference is quite startling! My first prescription - ordered on Thursday afternoon, delivered on Monday afternoon, everything correct. No stress, no fuss, no nearly running out of medication. I only wish I'd made the change much sooner.

I wished I never purchased my Ozempic through this company. The process of the order was quite simple and easy but the item was dispatched through Royal Mail. Royal Mail said they delivered the item but no clear picture of the house they delivered it to or even the location being incorrect. It’s been an absolute nightmare trying to get my £156 back! It’s impossible to speak to someone over the phone and kept being told someone would call me back from the online team. But never had. I had to communicate through email which is so much more difficult. It’s been 11 days since I placed the order and still have nothing to show for it. They told investigation would take 1 week and am still waiting. I will update my review once I get a response from the investigation! But wished I sticked to a face to face pharmacy. They should really put more ownership on their delivery company to take clear pictures it protect them and the customer both!- Updating my review - I raised a case with my bank who refunded me my money. As Royal Mail was unable to pinpoint at exactly the address it was delivered to. They said it was somewhere on my street maybe a few doors down. So the bank found that it wasnt good enough. Through out the investigation I did speak to some from Click2Pharmacy on WhatsApp who was quite helpful but again because Royal Mail said it was delivered they couldn’t do anything about it. Anyway I have changed my review from a 1* to a 5* Over all the customer service once I’ve managed to get hold of someone was great. And as a company you did sent the item out it was due to your delivery company that caused me all the stress so I only feel it’s right to adjust my review.

I'd not normally bother reviewing a pharmacy, but honestly these guys have been so helpful and supportive, genuinely feel like they are doing their best to take care of their customers during difficult times due to national shortages :)

Excellent service from staff who take their role as pharmacists very seriously. While it is still a business, the Click2pharmacy team seem to understand that I am a patient too. Massively appreciated.

Amazing staff that are really friendly and professional, they treated my ear wax removal without any issue. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
