I bought a lens from this shop and the owner assured me the large crack in the front element wouldn't be noticable in pictures. When it showed up as a blurry, unfocused area I tried to return it but he said I could only have store credit instead of a cash refund. I do not recommend shopping here as they will make fraudulent claims about their products.

Great store for photography and film enthusiasts. I saw their storefront and thought they were selling old vintage stuff, but when i entered, not only was surprised from their stock, but also from the working cameras! The staff was extremely helpful, and informed me about the two cameras i bought.

Nice shop if you’re into film photography. The store is so full of cameras and accessories that you feel like you have to move around carefully so you don’t bump into anything. Keep in mind that if you don’t live in the UK the prices may scare you.Employees are nice and very chatty.

This is place to buy everything from the analog you’re looking for to the present. I was very surprised that such a place existed. Even if there are no products to purchase, it is a place with many things to see. Perhaps you can browse the inside of the store and buy your favourite camera. After taking a look at the camera shop, I recommend having a meal at Kimchimama, which is on the same street.

Popped in to see if they were interested in buying some old anologue cameras I had to sell. The staff were very thorough and knowledgable in checking everything over and gave me a very fair and honest price. Lots of other customers of various ages coming into the shop for lots of services such as buying and processing film so good to see this shop is popular and well used - long may it continue.

Popped into shop just for a look , amazing collection of cameras and knowledge of staff is top notch.Had a laugh with the man and he sold me some 120 film at a good price.

Not only is everyone who works here really welcoming and friendly, they also have extensive knowledge about the masses of products they have and even those they don't have in stock.You can ask them anything.As well as their vast range of cameras, if you're lacking any thing from englarger lenses, large format film holders, projectors, film, paper, chemicals, super8 accessories etc they have it or will know where you can get it.I love the bargain buckets of film with silly cheap" prices. The signs as well are excellent.Mr CAD himself is jolly and friendly and a joy to chat with. Everyone seems to go out of their way to make your visit special."

This store is honestly a treasure. Walk in there and just get lost in all the antique cameras they sell. Huge variety of stock in all things analogue photography, and the knowledge to go with them. These people know what they're talking about, though unfortunately some of them can be less friendly than they oughta be at times. but other than that good times! Make sure to get their loyalty card if you process film with them as you get free processing every tenth roll if I remember correctly.

I had a great time visiting this shop. The amount of cameras and equipment it stores it’s literally amazing!!! I was also very pleased with the staff (Alex) which helped me pick the camera in which I was interested the most (and in a fair price). I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in film photography to visit this shop, as i think it is a monument of photography.
