Our family engaged with Vitality’s services to support our father because we knew and trusted Dr Sahota as a GP. We have had some absolutely exceptional carers during our time with the agency who have been kind, empathic and just really considerate of our father’s needs and circumstances. When medical intervention has been needed we have been able to contact Dr Sahota with ease and received prompt responses in return and for us that would be the thing that makes this agency unique.

Been with Vitality Home Health for about a month. The Care company are just amazing extremely kind and empathetic and very professional at their jobs. The carers are now like family to me especially Jas. As tragically my parents have passed awayMy dad died only in January 2023. I would highly recommend Vitality Home Health.

As a family we are very happy with vitality home health - from the start to now the service has been impeccable, and this is across the board from all staff. My uncle has been treated with care and compassion and most importantly the dignity that he deserves. This has been an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family but vitality home health has been there to support us as-well as my uncle. I could not recommend them enough.

My family and I employed Vitality Home Health for a live in carer for our Father who had suffered severe life threatening injuries and trauma, sustained from a major car crash, after he was released from a very lengthy hospital stay after being in intensive care. The carer lived with our father for 2 months to help with his recuperation, personal care and rehabilitation and absolutely wonderfulIn every way. We can highly recommend Vitality Home Health for their total professionalism, care, who eliminated the worry and stress from us a family regarding the care for our Father after a horrendously stressful time. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Vitality Home Health. Exceptional!

Vitality have looked after both my parents for a year, sadly my mum passed a few months ago, which was made a lot easier knowing I had a professional, caring company who could not do enough for her. The carers are very committed, loyal and genuinely care about their clients, along with management, giving the families peace of mind. Vitality are always seeking your advice for ways to improve their care. Dr Sahota is a lovely man who has immense knowledge and is always happy to give his time and advice. I just wish to say that what a fantastic help the doctor at Vitality Home Help is. My father was feeling unwell over a weekend and I made a call to the Doctor and he was so very helpful and gave great advice and also helped with a prescription that I could pickup on a Saturday afternoon. So thanks to this my father was feeling lots better on the Monday. We all know that our doctors don't work at weekends so my father would of had to wait until a week day. I'm so very grateful for his support. I would recommend the Doctor at Vitality Home Health.Thank you again.

So unfortunately I did not have a nice experience with a member of there staff in the office today,Calling about a member of there care team and the lack of care that was given to our friend, they asked me to call on there behalf, (so wish I never now)When I did to try and explain to them why our friend did not wish to have that care person there any more Cynthia was extremely rude and disrespectful, was not understanding what I was saying at all, and started going on about a care plan, I have no idea why, we did not even ask about our friends care plan, we was just trying to explain that the lady that was going there our friend did not like, our friend has completed more then one to us In messages that we have about there care staff (not all just some)Well today Cynthia change the stroy so much that we are now no longer talking to our friend any more as she lied so much about the conversation we had, made herself look like the victim, god knows why,All she had to do was say yes we can look into this for her,When asked to talk to a higher member of staff she said no, she then hung up on us, when we tried calling back to ask to speak to someone else she would call my sister pathetic and hang up,

Totally recommend Vhh, the care and compassion they have shown to a family member has been reassuring and comforting at the most difficult times. They are professional, kind and commited, show sympathy and dignity to to patients needs and I have only positive feedback to all involved.
