Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Never has anything in stock! Didn’t even have any antibiotics after I went to the walk in centre for severe strep throat. Rubbish !

Pharmacy staff helped me last minute with an emergency prescription and went above and beyond to ensure i got the medication i needed with short notice, it was ready when I arrived to collect it, thank you

5 attempts at ringing with good intervals between calls to find out if missing items on a prescription have arrived. Not one answered so left it ringing to annoy them it did they picked it up and cut me off without speaking. Marvelous .

This has got to be the worst pharmacy with the most incompetent staff I have ever used. I have been with Marton Medical Practice for 44 years so it's handy but after continual non delivery, phone calls, days waiting in for nothing to arrive (sorry its still in the drawer) I have finally thrown in the towel and nominated a new pharmacy to get my monthly prescription as I can no longer cope with the farce! Dealing with it every single month is actually making me ill!!

Many a time this chemist never have the correct medications ready. This week I have been in after 2 months of being seriously ill and no tablets ready. Ive rung and arranged home delivery - no delivery. Today I have phoned 15 times they only answered once I could hear them all laughing in the background then they hung up. I now have no medications which I need. Very poor service from all of the staff and its disheartening when you are ill.

I like this pharmacy situated inside walking health centre in Whitegate drive. I use it whenever i visit the health centre. It saves going to town. Its a very busy outlet because of the traffic they from the centre. So there is always a little wait but the chairs are provided. The staff are efficient and helpful and it's seems well stocked. Last time i got my antibiotics i waited for 10 minutes as jt was busy but i didn't mind considering the position. Overall i recommend it if you are visiting the health centre.

Disappointed that after rushing from urgent care at the Vic for antibiotics for my son, after they said they would be much happier if he started immediately rather than waiting till the morning, he was told at approximately 8.50 that they were closed. Both members of staff had left the building and driven off before 9pm!

I have to give it one star because I have to, but after the staff treated my wife and me, it was humiliating.The person who did not want to give the cream, recommended by the doctor, did the show in my opinion and even asked for personal data my child.That happened in the presence of a third party who we do not know and who eavesdropped about what we were talking.The conversation was on an intimate topic.Staff is untrained and should be informed about the GDPR.

Pros: It's open late, 7 days a week (which is very convenient) and has a delivery service.Cons: Unfortunately it's not the cleanest. Blood on the walls by the windows on every occasion I've been.Could do with a 30 minute close for a clean.
