Great quality and service from these guys! Purchased our new door from them, they were so helpful and reliable and our new door was installed the very new day to a great standard and we are so happy with the end result! Highly recommend this company.

Be very careful with this people. They show me a door when I paid the deposit, fitted a cheaply spayed door after. They're fitters are proper cowboys don't let them near your house. They're not qualified in any way . Paint can be wiped of the door, and wind is blowing through the big gaps they left around the door. They don't care about any complaints.For the oner of te factory, you are responsible for the quality of the door.You have cashed the deposit for the doorYou have came to me see the doors defects and pretend the door is fineOn the day of fitting the door get out of your factory in my presence.You have filmed my door, entering my garden without permission.I'll attach the invoice for the deposit to remind you in case you forgot.

Trafford Windows have been a great bunch to deal with. They have been very quick to make the windows and fit it in. Unfortunately there were some delays due to weather but that isn't in anyone's control. Quality & price are much more competitive than their competitors (cough cough *Safestyle*) and you could save £1000's with Trafford Windows!

Recently they replaced all windows of my house. All of their staff were very professional in their approach and were punctual. Installers were prompt on time, did a very good job and made sure to leave the place tidy after the installation. I am happy with their products and installation. Their products are of high quality, nice looking. I have no hesitation in recommending Trafford Windows.

I recently purchased a bifold door from Mr. Zahid at Trafford Windows Company, and I must say it has been a disappointing experience. The door doesn't lock properly, and despite my efforts to get it fixed over the past month, I've had no luck. Mr. Zahid was quick to take our money, but when it comes to customer service, he has been incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. It's especially disheartening since he came highly recommended by a family friend. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using Trafford Windows Company.

Would not recommend, poor quality fitting and finish, they get installation wrong, don't write down anything or confirm you're order, bad customer experience overall when dealing with problems.

Zahid the owner did a great job for us. Gave us a clear idea of what we wanted, showed us the computor design and windows and door fitted to a great standard. Much better than expected, great for the price compared to others!. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!.
