This was my first and its one of the best car from Stellantis. I am extremely happy about the way I was guided in the buying process. Showroom sales advisor Kaz was simply superb. He made me very comfortable in choosing the car and gave lot of options to choose finance. Overall I would buy cars only from Stellantis and I always believe that I have Kaz to support in the process. Good luck....

My “Experience” with Stellantis & You in Coventry has been nothing more than abysmal unfortunately. I am not one to wrote reviews but I have had a dreadful and expensive experience that I hope no one else goes through.I bought my new mini on the 11th of August and I have already had an unbelievable amount problems and they have left me out to dry on every occasion. Their warranty is useless and their service and care is even worse.From the start the communication I received was well below expected. Constant delays and poorly communicated information. We agreed a date for the car to be delivered which was on my only day off during the week and they could not keep to it because the chap who I was dealing with was in training on the day and on top of that, they could not confirm receipt of my lump sum payment. This left me for a whole day not knowing if my money had been sent to the right account. Now, I don't think it would have been hard to organise someone to sort certain things to make the agreed date doable.Following this the car was delivered on a day that I worked and therefore I had to move things around so my father could take delivery in and around his workday, not ideal. After receiving the car and doing a thorough check after delivery we came to realise the windscreen was smashed in the corner. They would not take responsibility for this and after days of going back and fourth they only offered to cover half of the cost of a new windscreen.Since having this car the battery has failed on me meaning I could not go to work and was stranded at home. I drive this car 6/7 days a week for at least an hour a day and I’m no idiot. The battery should not be packing up if that is the case another hint towards the company turning a blind eye to problems which can be picked up during psi checks. As I was so fed up with talking to you, smashing my head against a brick wall, I smothered the cost AND the inconvenience of getting this sorted knowing you wouldn't do a thing about it.Next problem, the clutch. Now I know for a fact if the correct checks were done, you would be able to see the fact or at least know that the clutch was within 3 or so months of dying. I know this because we have asked technicians at both my father and partner's work. I have just had to have the clutch fully replaced and that is not cheap. I was told to contact the warranty company which I did, but I needed to pay for a garage to get this done and then they would see if it was covered under the warranty. Which shock horror, it wasn't. I have driven this car for 3 months, put less than 800 miles on it and it's now fallen on my shoulders to fix a problem which could have been spotted before the handover. I then had no car for over a week you did not offer any alternatives. Again, no good will or anything but a big “oh well”.During this the garage found that the water pump was also knackered and needed replacing. At this point it's getting quite laughable. My father then had to get involved and spent ages on the phone with a manager who showed no remorse and didn’t offer anything in good will. What will go wrong next? It wouldn’t surprise me.The moral of the story is that your company is useless and had no plans of any good will. I know things can go wrong and understand due to my father and partner being in the motor trade, but we all agreed that this has been way below par. You are happy to deliver cars that are not fit for purpose and turn a blind eye to clear and obvious faults with the cars you sell. I will hope to speak with someone from head office very soon regarding this “transaction”.

I’d give zero if I could.Prepare to be seriously underwhelmed.I’ve had to deal with various faults via Coventry branch - the service has been consistent. With Sue and her team- You’ll be treated with contempt. I’ve never had to warn suppliers about the offensive / threatening tone of their emails before.- You’re requests will be ignored.- They’ll make promises then break them.- They’ll play fast and loose with the truth to cover up their failings.- They’ll claim to have done things that can’t be backed up with tangible evidence.- You’ll pay top dollar.- Work won’t be delivered to schedule.- You’ll have to chase frequently for “service” updatesAvoid - it’s abject.———Update:I did follow up by phone after Manager kindly got in touch.I dialled and reached an automated option menu that told me my call was important and “a member of our team will be with you shortly”. I waited on hold for 5 minutes no answer.This elegantly sums up my Citroen experience - customers do all the running to try to progress things while Citroen remain passive and inert.It doesn’t get any better.

Would definitely recommend this dealership. Louise on the Service desk was friendly, professional and helpful. She ensured that my car was ready in a timely manner and to a good standard! My car was squeaky clean after only waiting a couple of hours for it to be complete. I also dealt with a salesman called Alex who was also helpful and a good laugh. Thanks to all.
