I approached Fireplace Solutions to help with a smoky fireplace, expecting and willing to pay to improve my fireplace to solve the problem. Instead they took the time to problem solve with me until we found a simple and effective solution - even though there was therefore no business in it for them. Their helpfulness and honesty was hugely impressive, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We went to the showroom and was interested in the Radiance 80W and was quoted a price around £1,500. The salesman was helpful and informative. We then went to Kembrey to compare prices only to find the actual cost is around £749. On line can be slightly cheaper. Either they make a very high markup or they saw 2 older people and thought we were stupid! Disappointed
