We used the lovely Liz to help us with planning application and later on to do some drawings retrospectively for our extension. She was very helpful, suggested new ideas and super quick. I'd recommend Liz's company, provided an excellent service!

Liz did a brilliant job of securing planning permission for our new garage conversion. Ordinarily planning is not required for garage conversions but we had heard we may need it and were struggling to establish if this was the case. Liz did the necessary due diligence checks and was able to confirm we had a special restriction in our area which meant full planning was required.Liz handled everything for us from creating and editing the drawings to liaising with our local planning team to ensure our application was successful. Liz also made helpful recommendations about things we hadn’t considered such as where we might place electrical points, lighting and windows.All in all, we were thrilled to work with Liz; she made what could have been a stressful task so easy for us. Would highly recommend.
