Fantastic service from Russ. Very friendly, prompt and amenable. Managed to get 5 of us to and from the airport with way too much luggage (life goals to travel lighter next year) and always a smile on his face. Thanks so much for looking after us Russ. First time users of Russ' service following multiple personal recommendations from within the village. Easy to communicate with on the booking, arrived spot on time for a very early morning flight. I booked Russ for an early morning Heathrow pick-up and was worried when my flight was almost an hour late. But, I needn’t have been. Russ was monitoring the flight, sent me a text as soon as the plane touched down and coordinated my pick-up with ease. The drive home was most enjoyable. I was enjoying our conversation so much, I actually wish the trip had been longer. This was my first time using Russ’ service, but it won’t be the last.

Russ had been very helpful in providing me with the lesser known details about Bicester and the whole process of using the drop-off and pick up service from the airport was a pleasure. Good service for a very early morning collection to Heathrow recently plus collection on return by colleague arranged by Russ due to a delay which was unavoidable. Clean car, good conversation and smooth ride home. Russ and his colleague were in constant contact to update us of the situation. Very professional and thoughtful service.

Russ was very prompt for our 3.30am pick up for airport transfer. Vehicle was very comfy and spacious! He took care of our baby car seat whilst we were away which was great. Pick up from airport on return was very smooth. Would highly recommend. Great service and very personable!

Russ turned up on time to take us to Heathrow, helped with our luggage, and dropped us off in plenty of time for our flight. He was waiting for us on our return. Car was spotlessly clean. Good steady driver who we would recommend.

Russ looked after our family so well. From a late-night pick-up in Newhaven, to the wonderfully clean, comfortable and spacious vehicle, the friendly service and calm, smooth driving everything was 5 star! Russ is also an amazing person to talk to. We'll definitely be using his services again and hope to explore his other tour offerings as well in the future. Highly recommended.
