Complete waste of time. Stick to the big boys ie just eat or foodhub. No comeback with this app and owner is a arrogant waste of space. Leave well alone,save yourself alot of hassle honestly.

5* to Cincin2us only 30 minutes waiting , order brough cold ready to go. Delivery driver was lovely aswell. Highly recommended.

Daily decent online food app. Just like many of the others however this is local to Dunfermline. App is easy to use. Some exclusive app only eateries on here so it's good for that. I find delivery to be more expensive on this app than other apps out there. All in all its decent enough for local Dunfermline food.

this small munchie box delivered for £12 fantastic value, great quality more than enough for two .large portains lovey salad plenty of onion plus pot of chilli sauce

Sadly not a good experience through them so will avoid in future. This upsets me as I love the concept.Restaurant didn't fulfil my full order. Followed Dunfermline eats instructions on website to contact the restaurant in first instance who replied saying they cannot do anything as I didn't order through them.Contacted Dunfermline eats who told me the opposite and they could not do anything without speaking to the restaurant and that they had already done so and were awaiting a response. I spoke to the restaurant who told me they had not been contacted by Dunfermline eats. Dunfermline eats told me they could not issue a refund as they use a 3rd party and do not hold my payment informaton but then changed their minds and suddenly could give me a refund.*Updating to respond - It is not clear from above but I never stated they had a response from restaurant (at least this was not my intention). They informed me Friday they would contact the restaurant which I was happy with. But I wanted an updated timeframe which is why I contacted today to find out how long they would wait for a response.I also wanted to know once they got that response how long a refund would take.I was then told Hey thanks for providing the order number. My colleague emailed you back on Friday night saying we would confirm with the outlet and process the refund.Our process is that we will speak with the owner to seek permission for refunds. We do not hold the money its done through a 3rd party card processing company (to keep it secure) and as such need their permission to do refunds as its their revenue/money.Unfortunately sometimes waiters and front of house staff do not know this and will inform you to contact us directly. We will speak to the restaurant again to make sure they know the correct process.While the reason for the delay is that we haven't been able to speak to the owner yet

Delivery services from a local cafe and also from local shop. As I have a disability. So cannot really get out to get the shop etc.Helpful for me, as well they are becoming more helpful and useful too.I'm glad that I can pick and choose what I need to order. The service from the delivery is always quick and efficient.And also the delivery person is always really nice to me too.

No review option for restaurants and no refund policy which just encourages bad service, which I have received on multiple occasions.The charges are same as just eats so no benefit to customers to use Dunfermline eats.The only people that benefit here are the 'money men'.I will not be using this app again.
