Village Centre Dry CLeaners

I was given a charge for my dry cleaning when I dropped it off. This was also in line with the printed price list. However upon collection I was told I had to pay £10 more, then as an apparent “goodwill gesture” this excess was reduced by half. So still more than the quoted cost and price list cost. It’s a down right disgrace that people are being ripped off by this firm. I wouldn’t use them again and recommend others take their dry cleaning elsewhere.

Had a rug so call cleaned, came back smelling no different and didn't look any cleaner and was charged £35 for the privilege. Will not be going back and do not recommend.didn't look any different and got charged £35Was unable to return to collect due to family issues and shift work, still don't think leaving in your shop was the reason it still smelt especially if it had been cleaned 3 times and you still charged full price even though it wasn't clean.
