Customer reference number 2030393 , appalling customer services , been waiting for 22 monthsCustomer reference number ; 20303931 departure date was due to be 18th November 2020 .We have been waiting for 22 months for our cash refund of £1500,00 for our cruise that was cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic.We have sent 38 emails which we only have had three replies, one promising our refund in 3 instalments first one we were promised was due January 2022 , 3 lots of instalments of £500 over a period of 3 months.We did not get this in January as promised and when we chased for this first payment we were told they didn’t have our bank account details when we had given them to Jetline countless times . We then resent our bank account details and Jetline confirmed the first instalment of £500 would be May 2022 and then followed by £500 June and then the final £500 in July we thought “great finally we are getting our monies back “ we received the first instalment in May , but we have not received June’s instalment no emails and no phone calls aka courtesy calls to let us know why no payment .So we sent another email reply to Emma in Customer services ( not there are are any customer service )because you can never talk to anyone and again no courtesy email or phone call so here we are again waiting for our refund or a reply would have been nice!!So we would strongly advise anybody who is thinking of booking a cruise with Jetline Cruises to really think again and read all of the bad reviews on trust pilot , reputation.com and Google reviews about this shocking and appalling company .As for Richard Levy the operations manage he blocked our email which is hardly professional , he should be called the Scarlett Pimpernell.If you do get a email back from Jetline Cruises there is never a contact name at the bottom of the email so you are back to the same scenario , you receive an auto reply which says you will receive an response within 10-14 days but you never receive a reply.We think it is disgusting the way we have been treated over the past 22 months and holding onto our money for this period of time , do you not have a conscience???????

Booked a holiday of a lifetime to USA that includes maiden voyage cruise on Carnival Celebration and Queen Mary 2 from NY back to Southampton. Information has been lacking and now a week before we are due to go on holiday hotel vouchers are in the wrong name. Over charged as Future Cruise Credit had been used even though the holiday had been paid up in full and have been chasing for a refund, which apparently has been paid onto my account but have to wait 7 - 10 days for it to clear?! Waited 5 mins for my call to be answered on a Saturday morning at 10:00 and then got transferred to possibly a call centre.Will never use this company again and the holiday of a lifetime is becoming a living nightmare and more expensive by the minute

Would never book with this company again. The 4 star hotel that was booked for us was at best a 2 star. We were told we were staying in Sirmione and in actual fact we were booke into a hotel a 20 minute walk outside Desenzano. Sirmione was then a 20 minute sail on a ferry. Transfer to the railway station didn't turn up and so we were told to pay again and send the receipt to obtain a refund. Once sent no acknowledgement or response from Jetline. Transfer from the port to the airport was booked for 4pm despite having to leave the ship by 8.30am. When I contacted Jetline to ask if they could change this there response was they could cancel it and rebook for earlier and we would have to pay again. We eere constantly worried about all aspects of the trip as their precruise confirmation and communication were lacking. We didnt receive full confirmation of our itinerary until 5 days prior to departure. If I could mark them as minus 5 stars I would. Poor customer service and they repeatedly ignore phone calls and emails. Absolutely the worst Travel Company I have ever dealt with and certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

Jetline Cruise holidays in my opinion did not give what they promised. The aircraft tickets did not materialise. My friend and I spent the whole afternoon before we were due to fly trying to download tickets but failed. Arrived at the airport and had to figure out what to do. Bearing in mind we are OAPs this was extremely difficult and stressful. It turned out that American Airlines had switched us to BA. This happened on the return trip too. Because our connecting flight to New Orleans was delayed the planned taxi had to be notified, more stress. The ship was good and the staff were excellent but there were too many on board. Booking us onto Amtrak really put the dampers on the holiday. Bearing in mind i am 74 i was expected to climb into a bunkbed which could only be approached head first similar to be loaded into a torpedo tube! There was no room to turn over. It was so bad I decided to sit in the cafeteria and stayed up all night. Full board it was not. A muffin and a cup of coffee for a 10 hour trip is not full board. Please Jetline do not use Amtrak it is outdated and not fit for purpose. Graceland and Memphis were really good so would recommend these two places. If you go to USA get the Uber app as they are so much more cheaper. One way to Graceland with Uber cost 21 dollars the return was 45 dollars because mobile was flat. Always make sure your mobile is charged up. The Americans we met were really friendly but think I will stick closer to home.

Had a cruise to Hawaii booked for January, paid deposit, spoke to Frank after all the chaos in Hawaii and asked if I could switch to different package, was told to email and shouldn’t be a problem. Phoned after I had emailed and waited over the 72 hours reply promise (auto email) to be told I needed to have a cll back from the person who booked it (what a load of codswallop). Waited for call back which I didn’t receive so phoned again, funnily enough I didn’t have to quote my booking number as the woman that answered knew it already (must have been the same one that told me I had to wait for a callback) Funnily enough she told me I couldn’t switch as different cruise company and if I wanted to cancel I would have to email again! Absolutely shambolic, never have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional and unhelpful person. My advise don’t use this company as half the time when you call you immediately get put on hold with dodgy music for 10 minutes and then when you do get to speak to someone all they say is you have to email, total disregard for “Acts of God” . My advice book direct with company you’re cruising with atleast you’ll stand a chance! Definitely don’t go with their packages as when I priced it myself after booking I could have got much better flights and cost the same!

where do I start - booked A cruise from Southampton to NY on QM2 then 2 night stop over in NY and train from NY to Niagara falls for 3 nights. booked in April 2021. In July 2022 they changed the Train to a flight stating train was not running due to COVID, this was not true I check and would have been able to book it without restriction they said the flight had now been booked and could not be changed....Also on the original booking they stated hotels we would be stopping in, I checked and they had reasonable reviews so was happy. We then notice they had changed the hotels without informing us. The hotel in NY have some dubious reviews and the Hotel in Niagara has some atrocious reviews we have called and emailed to get this changed and have yet to get a response, each time we call the customer services the say they cannot help and will pass our request to the Cruise Specialist who took our booking we have sent numerous emails to no avail Would not recommend this company I am just trying to ensure my holiday goes without issue......

Actually, if there is a ‘ no star’ option available, this is what it would be!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, in our opinion!In a nutshell, booked a Sydney stay with a South Pacific island cruise.3 wks prior to departure- think, this is strange no info on trips etc coming through.Phone the almost non existent, let alone responsive customer service on numerous occasions, to no avail.Google the cruise etc and find that the ship is not, in fact, visiting the islands but the East coast of Oz.We had had NO info on the change of itinerary, which was no where we wanted visit as already had.I won’t bore you with the ongoing story but it was horrendous. Talking with people in call centres overseas with no information or authority.Hence, the trip got cancelled because it wasn’t what we booked. After several , painful months of pestering, we got our refund.WE WILLNEVER EVER LOOK AT A JETLINE CRUISE EMAIL AGAIN, NEVER EVER!!

I have used this company a view years ago and the difference in customer service compared to now is like night and day!Due to go on a cruise in 8 weeks time. Still have not received flight details from them and I need to book adjoining flights to get us from London to Northern Ireland. Booking anything at short notice will be very expensive. Several phone calls to a call centre obviously thousands of miles away have left me more frustrated that no one can answer my query. Person who originally booked the cruise no longer works for them. Inevitably a victim of the pandemic and could have lost her job because of that. Jetline are either having trouble booking competent staff or have gone for the alternative option of using a call centre abroad. If I could get some sort of a refund now I would but the chances of that are very unlikely. In summary ..... avoid this company.

Do not use this company they are scammers I paid £12000 for a cruise they took my payment and forgot to tell me that the cruise line cancelled the route 4 days before I paid the final amount it then took 6 months and my bank to get my money refunded. They are very nice when booking but if there is a problem beware you will have a battle on your hands

On behalf of my father who went on a cruise in July. Transfers to the airport/hotel paid for in the price did not turn up on two separate occasions. They were told they would be refunded for the cost of the taxis they had to get last minute (after waiting hours!), however it has not been 6 months and still no refund. Do not recommend
