Lewis and his team have just completed damp proofing on my property. Several walls were stripped back to brickwork, specialist renders applied and then re-plastered. Good prompt service from initial inspection to receiving competitive quote. Well informed of the work to be carried out and timeframe. Work was carried out to a good standard. Abominable man. Lewis not only didn't listen to my concerns when I raised the problem of him not observing the issue properly. He also swore at me on the phone and mocked me extensively. Totally unacceptable for a business owner. He had great pleasure in telling me he was an expert with years of experience but this clearly wasn't in regards to running a business orcustomer service.

Lewis and the team made my life so much easier by completing my damp and plastering work while we were away. They took photos along the way and kept me updated. Would give zero stars if I could but disgusting customer service from Lewis. Such a patronising know it all man but doesn’t even do the job correctly that he was asked to do. He needs to learn how to speak to people respectfully and with compassion rather than swearing!

The guys have made such a wonderful job plastering my lounge today. They were very neat, clean and tidy and have done a fantastic job. I have a brand new fireplace that needed careful attention to ensure it didn't get spoiled, they wrapped it all up and made sure it was completely protected. I would 100% recommend Wheatley plastering and I will definitely use them in future.
