Please avoid using this highly obnoxious womanWe took our daughters prom dress to be altered as it was too long, we clearly stated to her that we wanted it just touching the floor. What we got back from her was something that looked like it had been dragged around my garden by a savage dog. If my daughter was going to a Halloween party it might of been ok but she’s not.The most frustrating thing is that when we question what had gone wrong she remained adamant that there was nothing wrong with it and called us liars and that we asked for it to be about the foot. The hem went up and down more times than a Mexican wave and the stitching must of been done with a tooth pick with sun glasses on.I’m sorry but the way you treat your customers is both massively unacceptable and unprofessional the we did get our money back for the alterations but was nothing to what the dress cost.This whole ordeal as made my very anxious daughter not even want to go anymore and you said she was being over dramatic and too sensitive, you are so out of line with your hurtful comments you need to have a word with yourself and maybe spend sometime learning the trade properly.Avoid using.
