Went to the Porthcawl shop. Guy behind counter misunderstood what I wanted. Told I could return it if not suitable. When I returned the product as it was unsuitable he was very rude. Never again.

Very rude guy , when I said I needed a new battery for my blackberry he just grabbed the mobile off me and took the battery out and then said no we don't have any " then I had to reset my phone all because of that muppet"

Dropped my phone off in the morning and told it would be ready by 4:30. I returned the following morning and he hadn't starter to repair it. Went back later that day and could not unlock my phone so told to come back in another 40 minutes (not an easy task with a toddler) when I returned for the fourth time, I was told they could not fix it but made to feel like it was my fault. Waited another 15 minutes as they put my damaged screen back in and my phone is covered in scratches and glue and just looks very tatty.
