We have had a leaking shower unit for some time and had multiple plumbers quote in excess of £1000 to repair it as they were convinced the parts weren’t available. Morris came out and actually put the time in to diagnose the fault, managed to source the parts and repaired it for a fraction of the cost. If you want an honest, knowledgeable and polite plumber look no further! We have found our plumber now and have no hesitation recommending him! Thanks again Morris.

Torbay Plumbing and Heating came to flush out my radiators, make sure the central heating was working properly, and repair a radiator leak. They did a great job and explained very clearly how my radiators and the central heating system work, so I can keep our flat warm and spend less on heating. Very professional, polite and helpful.

I could not fault them at all , They came the same day when we phoned , looked at the job , then went to buy the replacement shower and came back and fitted within the hour. How is that for fast service ! Absolutely brilliant. Very highly recommended

The part of the plastic ball valve arm that regulates the flow & level of the water in my cistern broke, with no way of stopping water pouring into the cistern. A disabled relative relies on this toilet on the ground floor, so a speedy repair was needed.I phoned Morris at 4.26 pm & by 6.00 pm he had replaced the part for me.Fantastic service from Morris, this was the first time he has worked for me & I will certainly give him further work in the future.

Morris, sorted out a very annoying leaking cistern and replaced a plug and sink waste pipe for me. He arrived on time was very professional and got straight to work on the jobs, completing them both efficiently at I believe a very fair price. Morris and his wife were very professional and able to talk through the logistics of having our bathroom fitted and gave some really good advice. He provided a quick and competitive quote. Both were really friendly and approachable. Was quick and did a thorough job ensuring he was clean and tidy as well. Really happy with the work completed and will definitely use again! Best plumbers in the world! Had a flush that wouldn't stop running. They came round, got it all apart (no mean feat), fetched parts they didn't have and got the whole thing sorted with no fuss and for far less cost than I was expecting! Nice people, explained the problem fully, took their shoes off indoors, cannot fault them. Totally recommend these guys, they are brilliant!

Due to poor installation and then plumbing issues, the toilet was a 'mess.' Morris and his wife corrected the plumbing issues and replaced damaged tiles and plumbing. Several plumbers, working 2 at a time from British Gas, had failed to sort these issues as they were too complex. The installations of every plumbing component, had to be redone. We are most grateful to them both for sorting all this.
