Vision Trade Frames Ltd

On the 27th of October 2022 these guys supplied my fitter with my bifold doors.which were fitted fantastically. A day or so later I realised that the key was damaging the frame when you opened and closed the lead door which I complained about .vision trade direct made several attempts to resolve the issue only leaving my bifold doors unfit for purpose.This left me having to right a consumer right act letter to my fitter although he had done a fantastic job of fitting them.so it was agreed that they would replace them now on the 4th of September almost 1year later my new bifold doors have been fitted againAnd guess what the key hits the frame again, damaging it i am absolutely dumbfounded with their incompetenceJust can't believe it

I got one window made by vision trade and it's fantastic, really nice customer service, and they recommended a really decent builder to install, all for a good price. Would highly recommend
