The way they arrange people coming for appointments is very good. Also very covid aware and respectfully spaces between desks so you feel comfortable to talk.

The Staff are very Rude to you and very unhelpful. The Work Coach is good for nothing and take s the Piss out of you. This so called list that they have is like going back to School. I hate that JobCentre I will be so glad when it closes down for good.

Does what it says on the door - it's a job centre, situated on 3 floors. Friendly, helpful staff and large open plan spaces. Sufficient space between advisers to give impression of privacy. Screens at each work station as per covid19 precautions. My first time visiting this jobcentre. All seemed very relaxed and low key, pleasant atmosphere...

I used this job centre for a short time during this year. The staff where generally friendly and engaging. The security staff are often abrupt and quite rude in their approach. Computers are available on the ground floor to search for jobs on their internal service - universal job match.

Rude and useless staff. This place is shambolic. I hope they get closed down.

Well staffed centre with the usual mix of some helpful staff and some that are just downright rude situated at the Elephant and Castle serving the London Bridge area

Very poor communication and explanation of the rules regarding Universal Credit. My advisor was consistently late for our appointments and had totally given me the wrong information so that I now have the DWP on my back chasing me for money. Thanks for nothing.

Large & friendly place!Mrs. Issie alone makes the whole thing worth going. She was very helpful, patient & polite. She was very well informed, no matter what I asked & she even gave me many tips!

Surprisingly very good and prompt service from staff there. Staff were polite and professional. Spoke to Simon in the Universal Credit team who was very professional and patient. He explained all the information and what I needed to do.
