H L Brown, Sheffield - Official Rolex Retailer

Visited last week (appointment only) so I couldn’t be seen : no problem my end.Called this morning to view a couple of Rolex’s tomorrow for my birthday (sky dweller and day date). Firstly I was told as I’m from Derby I’m out the catchment for your shop, and secondly to try goldsmiths.There was no ‘we can put you on a list’ ‘what model are you after’. It’s great that the shop is going well and you can turn customers away but I’m sure you where not like this through Covid.All in all I felt a burden and it was certainly not the customer service I expected when your wanting to spend in excess of £20,000.

Wonderful service provided by Lynne and Nicola in the Rolex team, who somehow managed to secure an Explorer II in time for my 40th birthday.The whole process - from registration to handover - was very open, friendly and professional, with none of the pretentiousness one might expect from a luxury watch dealer.It was also nice to deal with a local, independent shop, who clearly value their local clientele and in turn go the extra mile for them.

I contacted H.L Brown on the off chance given they were approved dealers and was met by Nicola Renwick. Nicola made me feel like a valued customer and her professionalism was outstanding. She was attentive, approachable and friendly. She was transparent and did not give any false hopes about achieving a special timepiece but much to my disbelief and very pleasant surprise, she helped me achieve my wish in a matter of months. I cannot thank H.L.Brown enough but more importantly Nicola. She’s truly an asset to the company. Her colleague Bret was also a pleasure. I wouldn’t hesitate at all in recommending H.L.Brown. My first experience with this company was when I had to have warranty work undertaken on my watch. The work was done promptly and efficiently. When I collected my watch I ordered a new one and I was expecting at least a 6 month turnaround. I was amazed when I received an email 3 weeks later informing me that they had sourced one and was available for collection. I was particularly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Nikki Renwick and will certainly use H L Brown again for any further purchases. Highly Recommended
