Amazing experience with Naaiem. Both myself and my daughter were in a car accident a few years ago. I had two solicitors previously from Specters who weren’t great and are no longer with the company. Naaiem took over there cases and personally I think she has been great. Naaiem kept me informed and updated at all times throughout my case and even pushed me to do my driving lessons considering my anxiety after being the passenger of a crash. I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Naaiem from Specters Solicitors, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing and frustrating experience. Throughout the process, Naaiem exhibited a lack of professionalism and failed to meet even the basic expectations of communication and consent.One of the most frustrating aspects was Naaiem's consistent failure to respond to my emails. I understand that legal professionals are often busy, but the lack of response was excessive and unprofessional. My emails were left unanswered for weeks, leaving me in the dark about important updates and progress on my case. This lack of communication made it incredibly difficult for me to trust in Naaiem's abilities and the progress of my case.To make matters worse, Naaiem consistently opted to send important documentation via traditional mail instead of utilizing the more efficient and secure method of email. This outdated approach added unnecessary delays to the process and increased the risk of misplacing or losing important documents. In today's digital age, it is baffling that Naaiem and Specters Solicitors would not take advantage of the convenience and security that email provides.Another concerning aspect of my experience was that Naaiem began representing me without obtaining my prior consent. This lack of professionalism is not only ethically questionable but also undermines the trust and confidence that should be established between a client and their legal representative. It is absolutely unacceptable for a solicitor to assume representation without explicit permission from the client.Overall, I cannot recommend Naaiem or Specters Solicitors based on my experience. The lack of communication, outdated methods of document delivery, and the unauthorized assumption of representation all contributed to an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. When seeking legal representation, it is crucial to find professionals who prioritize effective communication and respect the client's consent. Unfortunately, Naaiem fell far short of these expectations.

I had a frustrating experience with several solicitors who seemed to be wasting my time following an accident in 2019. It appeared that my case would never be resolved. However, Naaiem from spectre solicitors took charge of the matter and accomplished what the others could not over the course of nearly 3 years. I strongly recommend working with her.
