Gail’s is our favourite coffee in Southfields! They do a great latte and flat white. Their cinnamon buns are the best - light and flakey pastry and caramelised on the bottom. Service is always friendly too.

I recently visited the Gail’s Bakery and purchased an iced coffee. Unfortunately, the lid was not secured properly, and when I was walking out, the coffee spilled all over my favourite cream top, leaving a huge stain.I understand that accidents happen, but I am extremely unhappy with the quality of service provided by your staff. Had the lid been secured correctly, this unfortunate incident could have been avoided. I expect better attention to detail from the staff at a reputable establishment like yours.I would appreciate if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. As a regular customer, I expect a higher level of service from Gail's Bakery.

What I want is always ran out, but I choose something else. The staff was not rude with me. I like the bread here and savoury sticks, but I never go to Gail's because very expensive.

Lovely food. Quiche and a cake. Very nice. Friendly staff. Very clean and well organised. Average coffee. Beautiful bakery to take home.

More like Fails Southfields. Terribly unorganised, unable to serve food on a Sunday morning. Quality of the food is pretty meh considering the cost. £19 for two bagels and mini salmon rolls, bargain!

Over priced food and nothing special. Gail's is all about style over substance and the atmosphere is poor.You don't sell soft drinks like Coke, presumably because of the 'image' which is a mistakeWon't go back!
