Our family can’t recommend this company enough after being thoroughly conned and let down by another company who originally provided the stairlift, Gareth stepped in and provided a service and new parts for a stairlift that my Nan is reliant on. Given the shoddiness of what we were originally provided with and our interest in the other services that Swindon Stairlifts offer and our urgency to have a functioning stairlift, they could have capitalised on our situation, but after providing a full service, we were reassured that the stairlift is in safe working order and we should not look to replace it until necessary. We will be booking an annual service with Swindon Stairlifts and when the time comes, either purchase a new stairlift from them or rent one, which is an option that we were previously unaware of. We will definitely do it through Swindon Stairlifts.

Gareth was brilliant! We moved in to our new home and he came along and fitted our stairlift on the same day!! My dear old mum in law never had to use the stairs at all!! Fantastic service and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
