We visited Trudy smith for my daughters prom dress.Joanne was brilliant from the moment we met her she listened to what my daughter wanted and got all the dresses for her to look at! She made us feel so comfortable and was great at helping with her opinion.would highly recommend Trudy smith and Joanne!

Went shopping with my daughter for prom dresses last week. This was the third shop we visited and we definitely saved the best till last. We were greeted by the delightful Joanne who whisked us upstairs to a veritable Aladdin's Cave of jewel like dresses. My daughter was quite set on the style and colour she wanted but Joanne encouraged her to try on several dresses just to make absolutely sure. Seeing her look so beautiful in these stunning dresses was a joy and a real proud moment for me. I'm not ashamed to admit a tear of pride escaped.If you want your daughter to feel like a princess and as a mum you want to feel welcome and valued as a customer I would highly recommend this boutique.Happy Shopping Ladies!

This is the first place we came and a dress was picked within an hour. We enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend this shop to everyone. The staff kept you informed every step of the way and we're so caring with each step. Thank you so much for the brill experience. ❤️Also there were alterations and they were done to perfection. Thanks to Abby, Joanne, Enya (Enya did the alterations). ❤️❤️❤️

I visited trudy smiths bridal a few months ago and enya made me feel very comfortable and special. Her customer service was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I returned this week and was met by Joanne, she also made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The 2 girls gave the best customer service a bride to be could ask for. I would highly recommend a visit.

Just want to thank you for the amazing service we received from trudy smith bridal boutique for my daughters prom. Amazing staff and nothing was ever too much.
