Parcelwide

I've used parcelwide for package forwarding and the concierge service. I've never encountered a problem with delivery. The only problem I would run into occasionally was delays with the concierge service placing my order. What should have been a 24 - 48 hour turnaround sometimes turned into 1 business week.Overall, I was very happy with the services they provided.I'm pretty sure they went out of business as my last chat with a support representative was about a police investigation for some of their customers ordering/shipping illegal items. I'm fortunate that my items made it out the warehouse prior to the raid. The website is now gone, no one replies to emails and the company Twitter account does not have any activity.Too bad they're gone as similar companies charge alot more for the same service.

Good customer service. They are very patient and helpful. Price is cheap and reasonable. The parcel was sent very fast. I will definitely use it again!

Such great service. We ordered 3 boxes from the UK to Croatia. Everything arrived on time and all together. Fantastic price for the size of the boxes. I would happily use their service again and recommend them. Thanks Parcelwide.
