Ive never reviewed a company. Hopefully this will help someone if you ever need service from this garage and especially if you’re using them first time. Long story short, car got in to really bad crash. Me thinking this is all gone now. Repairing a car in this category can be hard and very expensive. Before I even came to this garage I read reviews and I was impressed by the reviews so I decided to try this garage to see if they can get car back on road. Around early 2023 work started on the car slow progress.. fully ready around late middle 2023. I was optimistic about coming here what if this went wrong or that went wrong etc.. but however the guys on site looked at the car gave me a reasonable price said easy work. Thank fully they manage to get my S3 back up and active. When it was first ready it wasn’t fully ready still a few little bits and bobs needed fixing/changing/restoring and again I was worried more problems (it’s normal to have major problems on a crashed car) but these guys did the work and made the little pocket rocket come back to life. Till this day car has been moving smoothly, not had any mechanical issues since it’s been back out thank god. All I’m gonna say if anyone ever comes into a situation with a crashed car go to these guys, reasonable price, excellent knowledge of repairs, very friendly and open. Now this is a new go to garage for me when I have any issues. I am so great full that the stress of having this fixed is gone.Big thank you to all the team that worked on rebuilding this pocket rocket!

I took my Fiat Punto to this garage as it had a coolant leak, these thieves promised me to check it out to find what had caused it, but all they did was put some chemical in my Coolant Reservoir and charged me £40 for that! I am familiar with these chemicals as I have already used them myself in the past (in another car), they only cost £10 online, and might be even cheaper in shops.When it came to picking up my car, they actually lied and told me that the leak was due to a part which I have replaced recently at another garage, and that it wasn't fitted properly and that they have adjusted it to fix the problem... I wasn't even told about the chemical they used (hoping for a 'quick fix' and easy money). I only found out when it came to topping up my coolant once more and seeing how its consistency has changed a great deal.I know my car is not in good shape and it needs a new Head Gasket, but at least have the decency to tell me the truth about how you have approached the problem and not lie by using cheap chemicals for quick fixes and easy money.Also, please don't pretend like you don't know who I am, I visited your garage on 26/09/2023 at around 10:30AM, and picked up my car from it at 06:00PM. It is Ali, the owner of the grey Fiat Punto. And it is my first and last visit (for obvious reasons).Thank you thieves.

****Brilliant garage ***. I had major problems with my car that another garage totally messed up. I took my car to one stop car clinic and within a couple of hours they diagnosed the problem. The parts for a new turbo and dpf were sourced same day and installed it’s now been a couple of weeks and my car is like brand new .. highly highly recommend these guys best garage I’ve been to in years !!! Thanks again !!!

I went to One stop car clinic based on the good reviews they had as I’ve never been there before. I needed my car repairing due to someone clipping the side of my car. This caused some scuffs and scratches to the paint and caused my door to wedge in which didn’t allow me to open it fully without it catching on to the edge of the side panel, Which made the damage worse every time i wanted to open the door. I took my car in on Wednesday for paint work, for the door and side panel to be repaired and for the grille and front splitter to be re aligned. It was done by Friday which was perfect as i had work the next day. The work done was upto a very great standard, you couldn’t tell where the damage was. Customer service was 10/10. The team were very friendly. Price given was fair considering everything that was done. All around great job and i definitely recommend them. I will be returning in the future for any body/mechanical work. The heating in my car had stopped working and i dropped it off with the garage to be looked at. I received a call in which they told me what the problem was and the part would be £30 to which I agreed to, less than 4 hours later my car was ready to be collected. When I arrived they said it was £100, to which I asked why as it’s a drastic difference to what I agreed to, they said the part was £45 and the rest for labour as they apparently had to take my car apart. I was very confused as I had already agreed to £30 for just the part and I understand an extra amount for labour however it did not take long to fix, when I explained this they said they’d give me a discount to £90. 2 days after, the heating had gone again which I was surprised since it cost so much to fix, i returned to the garage and they said it would cost an extra £80 to be fixed. I said no and had another mechanic look at it in which he fixed it free of charge very quickly as there was something stuck in which I couldn’t believe. Avoid this garage if you’d like to save some money. I also asked to speak to the manager and got told abruptly with attitude that he wasn’t there and wouldn’t be for weeks.

We had been using main dealers for years and got fed up of poor service, shoddy workmanship and extortionate bills. So we decided to try our local garage and never looked back. The team at one stop car clinic are highly skilled, highly professional, honest and charge reasonable prices – what higher recommendation can there be? We have now been using them for 5 years with 3 of our cars and have total faith and confidence in what they do. We and have recommended them to all our friends, who now mirror our thoughts. No job is ever too small, it’s great knowing that they will top up my oil or change a bulb whilst I wait and all with a friendly smile It is so refreshing in this current age of constant disappointment to be highly delighted every time we part with our money! Keep up the great work.. Highly recommended..

We had issues with our new car key which was a newly cut one, my steering wheel locked and was unable to get the wheel to unlock, luckily Amir from One Stop was in a nearby shop, with the help of some pliers and part of the original car key that was damaged, he was able to get the car started, really friendly guy, we will be definitely booking our next MOT with him, this was also quite late on and he was more than happy to help
