I've been using Press Inn dry cleaners for a year now and they've never let me down. Their collection and delivery service is spot on and the quality of their service is second to none. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently used Press Inn for the first time as I had terrible stains on my fur jacket that was gifted to me, the team here are super professional, friendly and managed to remove the stains (after several failed attempts previously from myself) and ensure the material/fur was treated correctly. They have also completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Top service from here, needed some trousers shortened as going to a funeral on Tuesday, dropped them off on Saturday afternoon and they were ready for Monday afternoon.You cant ask for better service than that will be using them from now on

Seeing the reviews for Press Inn I decided to ask them to dry clean my wedding dress and other pieces of clothing i.e. dresses and a suit.On 14th July I spoke with Sharon to get a quote and the total was a reasonable price.On 18th July I gave in my clothes to them and paid by card; when I got home I realised that I had been overcharged compared to the original quote.I went back to ask why this happened and Sharon said she will be able to give me a refund but they didn't have enough cash in the till on the day, so she said to contact them again the next day to check again.After a couple of days of back and forth communication they finally gave me the refund (why they couldn't refund to my card and save the hassle I don't know).The suit and dresses were ready after about a week and I picked them up with no issues and was told that I had to wait a few more weeks until my wedding dress was ready.Jason rang me on 1st Sep to tell me that my wedding dress was ready to pick up.When I brought it home I found that my dress was still dirty, and that there were holes in the material, as well as a staple on my dress!I called to let them know what I had found, and left a voicemail.Jason phoned me on 2nd Sep and when I was going through the issues rather than try to work with me, Jason was immediately defensive and bordering on aggressive, whilst denying that he had caused the issues or failed to properly clean the dress.After a lengthy conversation, I agreed I would bring the dress back in for him to see the state of my dress.I went back on Mon 4th and Jason told me that if I leave it with him he will be able to get his mate to fix" the holes for me; He also mentioned that he wouldn't suggest that I 'put my dress through treatment again' in case something happens to the material of the dress as it is quite delicate

We use this dry cleaners on a weekly basis, the service, time quality and price are all 5*Sharon is lovely and always has a massive smile on her face and will go over and above to assist where possible, how helpful to have such a great service 2 roads away!!
