Very friendly staff. Great consultation received. This salon is extremely clean and very well decorated. I felt very safe going back after the lockdown. Lots of safety mesures are taken for the clients.I was looked after by Helene, a lovely French lady. I love my new short hair !!

I would like to say I had a fantastic services instead I had such a disappointing experience and poor service.I was looking to find a local hairdresser, booked for a colour and blow and dry.The colour lasted 1 week and my hair turned out kind of orangey, on top of it i had a reaction on my scalp as a result loosing hair..never had such a terrible experience with it before.The girl was just rude and quite unprofessional.she had no clue about the Kerastase’ products, she washed off the colour with a cheap shampoo.She started pulling my hair while drying it as I asked her to have more volume and she was clearly upset. Blow and dry lasted 1 day.Not a nice experience at all.

Great salon, conveniently located and brilliant staff, they do a great job . I've been going to Paul for 10 years now and since moving out of London, I still go back. Well worth the trip into the city.
