Best website if you want to buy a travel sim. The customer service was amazing as they promptly helped me when I had some questions about the eSIM I ordered and I received it within a few minutes. Definitely recommended!

Ordered world sim card(£34.99) on 29/6 and paid for it. This company is telling customers that delivery is by Royal mail first class giving the impression it is going to be with customers within a couple of days BUT guess what today is 1/7 and has not been dispatched yet when I called them this morning.I spoke to the customer service yesterday and was told it takes up to 10 days to deliver or I have to pay £5 extra for a quicker delivery…I feel their website stating first class Royal mail delivery is misleading..by their slow processing and delaying the order to dispatch.Terrible experience and will never shop from them again ..AVOID..

A thumbs Up for the team, who keeps on picking up my calls and keeps on adressing me every detailed insight for my payment terminal. It has been 6 month i have been on board with them as a customer to their payment terminal and i appreciate them. 4 stars for all other things but will give 5 star for customer care and support.

Ordered a SIM card for my wife and paid for 1-2 delivery timeframe. Four working days later still not arrived. Just phoned the number from the website and git through to a lady with a child screaming in the background who I'm afraid did not really know what I was talking about. Not a problem as initiating a small claims judgement
