Chi and her team are incredible. Any nail design or style they can do. The salon is so beautiful and is such a nice atmosphere to sit and have your nails done. I would definitely recommend them as one of the best nails salons in Central London as the precision and care the employees take is unlike so many other salons I have been to. These are some of the sets Chi has done for me.

I had the best experience and Chang was amazing, i am very anxious when getting my cuticles done, but Chang was very patient and amazing and made the experience a 10 out of 10 and my feet look amazing. Period, dot !

Nail shop that MOST INSULTS customers in London! The shop has the worst skills in London and ignores customers and has only RUDE PEOPLE.I had my nail done 2 days ago, and one nail lifted yesterday. I went there this afternoon again to complain and refund. but they said it my fault. because of my thin nails! what a good excuse, haha. I do nails one a month, but it never happened to me before. There was a young British female customer. And she suddenly screamed rudely at me and broke into the conversation between me and the male employee. Screaming while pointing a finger at me, no one tried to stop the situation. They laughed at me in front of me. a very unpleasant case. I was just very dissatisfied with the quality of my nails that lifted off in a day and wanted to get a refund. They have the same poor quality of guests, staff, and skills as them.If the nails lifted again, they are going to refund me. One of the staff said it will never happen again, but let's wait and see how it goes.

I’ve been coming to Chi whenever I’m able to for the last 2 years. The service is always impeccable, and her talent and designs are amazing. Everyone there is so kind and professional, and I always leave with the most incredible nails. Amazing environment, highly talented staff, and incredibly clean salon. Highly recommend!! Nowhere else I’d rather go to in London!

Absolutely stunning work, done incredibly well and carefully - be prepared to pay a robust price, but it’s well worth it. I’ve tried other salons in the area and the work here is done with the most care.

In response to Yejin Son:I am the proud “young British female customer” (even tho I have a clear American accent) and I have been going to Chi’s for over a year and never once been disappointed.The situation goes as follows, and everyone reading with rationality would recognize that if a customer got involved that says something about the client.Yejjin kept reiterating the same statement for ongoing 15 minutes and refused to leave without a refund. The salon staff repeated to you that their policy would not allow for a refund but they offered to redo your nails. Also they told you if it had happened again they would refund you, and I saw the young gentleman even collect your bank details….I did not yell at you. I told you that what your doing is shameful and incredibly disrespectful to the hardworking and talented staff. There is a clear salon policy set in place, why do you think you are the exception to the rule?The fact that you sat and redid your nails right next to me after the so called “yelling” and then you have the audacity to write this review after they took the time to fix your nails after the scene you caused shows how low you stoop.I told you in the salon shame on you and I am gladly repeating it now.

the best nail salon with the most talented nail artists. the price is completely justified when it comes to the accuracy of their designs. i’ve come back multiple times now, so good!

I have been to this place for my manicure and pedicure the staff are friendly. I love the area price features is affordable and I’m very happy with the material to use for my nail. Chi Neal is the best in Covent Garden.
