Had reservations at first due to having to provide some money up front but met James and afterwards understood why and took a chance and glad I did. Very good workmanship and completed in the time scale they said. If you wonder should you take a chance and deal with them my advice is yes. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish wouldn’t hesitate in recommending James and team for any work.I approached 5 different companies about the job (complete house, all windows, doors and porch) and James was by the most efficient. I found the business through the BFRC website as I was looking for improved energy performance. I got a reply from my enquiry the next day and James arranged a convenient time to come and measure up to provide the quote.Of all the companies I used James came across honest and reliable and wasn’t pushy at all. He was done in less than hour (another company was 2.5 hours measuring, who has time for that?!?!?) and answered any questions I had. He didn’t push any upgrades or use of the finance company they have, he just gave great recommendations and choices for what I wanted done.The quote came in the next day ( some I waited almost 2 weeks for) and I was really surprised, it was extremely competitive vs the other companies and with the listing on the BFRC website I was confident I was getting a quality product.Steve the fitter arranged to come and survey the property ahead of the final ordering stage. He’s an absolute asset to the business, very experienced and exemplary level of customer care. I was very confident that the job would be completed to a high standard.James gave me a date from the manufacture when the goods would be ready and would be in touch once everything was ready to arrange installation. Just ahead of the date everything was ready and arrangements were made to begin the works.During the installation Steve made sure I was happy with what work would be going on that day (I work from home and have 2 dogs so a bit of a juggle). Anything that came up he would check how I wanted things finished etc. Steve was very efficient and tidy and ensured everything was left tidy at the end of each day. I had to be away for work and I left the house key with Steve confident that he would leave everything secure.On completion Steve made sure that everything was finished to a high standard and that I was happy with everything that had been done. Any small details which were missed were quickly rectified to my satisfaction.After the works were completed, the insurance backed guarantee followed quickly after as well as the FENSA certificate. As the homeowner you can use this information to get a certificate of the energy rating from the BFRC which I think is a big selling point if I ever want to sell the property given the cost of energy etc.Overall a great experience, this was a big complicated job and everything was delivered to a high standard and any issues which have arisen have been dealt with very quickly.I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending this business to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish! James came almost immediately to measure and quote. Very efficient, doors were ordered and received within 2 weeks then fitted next day! Very professional and great service all round.Would highly recommend and WILL be using them again in the future
