All the artists are both professional and also easy going creating a calming experience which is key when getting stabbed by multiple needles.recently got a tattoo by Zack that he came up with on the spot and it's honestly amazing quality.

Zach did my tattoo, I'd sent him some designs of what I liked and we discussed how it would look and settle over time. He was so professional. He was also incredibly friendly and really made me feel at ease. Even though Zach is relatively new as a tattoo artist, I would look at his work and professionalism and think he has years of experience. The studio is immaculate, absolutely spotless and clean, a very hygienic environment for a tattoo. Thank you so much Zach, I love my new tattoo and the touch up you did to a very old one.

I squeezed into a last minute appointment this morning and honestly this is the kindest, most customer-focused tattoo studio I've ever dealt with. Zach triple checked that I was happy with my design and placement, and even though it was just text, was meticulous with every part of my tattoo and gave clear aftercare instructions. The lines are incredibly clean and crisp, and I absolutely love it!

I’ve had a couple of tattoos done by nick and am extremely happy. The guys in Studio 11 are absolutely amazing. The shop is spotless and an amazing atmosphere. Definitely having more done with these guys.

Booked to get a coverup around September 2021 on my chest and wanted to make sure it would be done within a day. Was told 'sure, no problem' and upon arrival (waited 6 months, Feb 2022), was pressured by the team to get a different design instead the initial one, and Alex used over 2 hours to come up with something 'new'.The tattoo was left half-finished without colours (the old tattoo is still visible because of that) and told them they'd squeeze me in for March. I was left on read and had to chase them in August.Now in May 2023, I'm being told it is my fault I misunderstood their words and 'craftsmanship', and want me to pay extra to do the colouring despite ignoring and misleading me for all that time. So much for their 'sickest piece I've ever done' and 'yeah will do it in one sitting'.Would include the photo, but I'm genuinely too embarrassed for anyone to see it.Avoid at all costs.

I had a wonderful experience with Alex who did some tattoos for me. They look great, there was no major pain so I have a good feeling they will heal very well. Very tentative to make sure I was okay and wasnt going to pass out when breathing through a little bit of pain when tattooing my wrist.I asked for a realism tattoo of birds and he did exactly that. Highly recommend going here as everyone is lovely and so down to earth. They deserve 10 stars for the service and professionalism. My original idea would not have worked because of size and colour. He was honest of how it would look in ten years time and I'm glad he was honest about that. Alex helped me find what would work and I have to say he was dead on the mark. Will go there again for another tattoo, that's a guarantee. Thank you all for being amazing. Thank you Alex for the masterpieces.
