Although up against it with ALD (leasing company) giving me the wrong address (Masters had relocated), the service was first class. Andrea the service receptionist I dealt with was polite and well informed. Have no issues with dealing with them in the future.

We purchased an approved used car (MG 5) from Masters and found the after sales service and support provided to be excellent. Their no quibble commitment to making sure we, as customers, were looked after was a breath of fresh air when you find so many companies nowadays who lose interest in you as soon as they have their sale. Nick from the sales team was particularly helpful and excellent in keeping me updated about progress of our query.

I do my car annual service here and the inside of the car will be cleaned after the service. Few months ago a day after annual service I decided to open the bonnet and I cannot see evidence that a service was done. There are dust all over the engine not a single finger print to show that it was touched and visual inspection of engine oil and coolant bottles are non visible talk less of topping up as required.

Booked in for an MOT and warranty recall on the rear brake calipers. Both done with no hassle, nice courtesy car too (looking forward to the day they give us EV courtesy cars) and even recharged my PHEV for me.

Mistubishi services is tooo much expensive and waste of time ,no management expect 1 professional there , but full or ego problem ,Mostly staff don't know about services parts informations,Its better go for euro car parts for car parts ,
