Very happy with the service from start to finish with York Bodywork Repairs! After someone reversed into my car I sent York Bodywork Repairs an enquiry via there website including pics, to have Holly respond within an hour where it was agreed due to the extent of damage it would require a visual inspection to assess the damage and quote. Chris arranged to come view the car and a quote was very promptly sent and at a fab price. As someone else was paying for the repair the said person wanted to chat to Chris regarding the quote and Chris went above and beyond and happily chatted to him. The repair was agreed on and parts were ordered and delivered fast. Chris was very prompt to arrange a day for a repair and AGAIN went above and beyond by collecting my car from my work, taking it back to the workshop, carrying out the repairs and delivering my car back to me all repaired! The repair is fantastic I am over the moon and it's been a pleasure to deal with a company with 10/10 customer service! I hope I don't have any more accidents but if I do I will certainly go straight back to York Bodywork Repairs. Thanks again guys!

Chris repaired my front bumper on my Fiesta ST after the lacquer began to peel away, the finish was excellent and you couldn’t even tell it had been painted after. Would highly recommend to anyone in the York area who is looking for a fast reliable and friendly service. He even collected it from my house and delivered it back to me!

I used to use the national road side body repair services. They were good, but you never get the same person twice and the quality of finish varies.Then I found Chris ( York Body Work Repairs (YBWR)). Who take minor damage repair to a whole new level. Have used Chris many times on multiple cars and always come away impressed with the quality of workmanship and customer service.DONT go to anyone else if you can get to YBWR.
