Absolutely terable went to pick up my load and was not ready. It was on my docket as pickup from 04.08.21. To 04.08.21 my day is done at 15:50 and now parked up in a lay by. The staff were rude and unhelpful

Time wasters been there for more than 5 hours almost ran out of working time when I asked if I can stay overnight the answer was no and this way of loading it might be ok for your own trailers but it's not for us going over sea so I hope someone will look into it the way loading is done one of the Solutions will be that you asked the driver to leave their trailers and come back next day to pick them up so in this case you have plenty of time to load the trailer and the driver doesn't have to stay there and ran out of working time like in my case

Excellent place to collect from items always readt and strapped.Just remember the approach cannot be from East Leake Village and the bridge is low also.

I visited British gypsum to collect a load.Finding the correct entrance you need to use is a little confusing but once you have been there once it's quite straight forward.I found the gatehouse security very helpful when I explained this was my first visit,Transport were also helpfull.The site is quite straight forward to navigate once you had a drive round to familiarise yourself.
