Absolutely Shocking! I have booked an appointment for today and left work early so I can be there. They are temporarily in an office building where the receptionist told me that the lady is not even in today. We both tried to ring the mobile number with no luck and she told me that this happens all the time.Thank you for wasting my time and half a day of my holiday allowance.DON'T BOTHER BOOKING HERE!!!

I had a consultation with Donna. I was quite concerned about my facial hair growth, however, Donna was very reassuring and knowledgeable during the consultation. Treatment is working excelently and I am so glad I found this clinic! I cannot recommend this place enough! Over 20 years of experience and excellent service.

Both myself and my son have been treated by Donna. She is very knowledgable, reassuring and friendly. My genetic thinning has hugely improved since starting treatment with Donna which has massively boosted my confidence.I cannot thank and recommend Donna and her services enough.

I met with Donna yesterday, what a lovely lady, she made me feel comfortable because of her beautiful aura. I could have talked to her all afternoon. Very knowledgeable and ever so positive. Not sure she can help me, because I prefer a more natural treatment. Nevertheless Donna is geuinly a lovely woman. I was grateful to meet and have my consultation with her. Travelled from the Isle of Man for an appointment. Turned up in time. But told she wasn't there. I left messages on the mobile and land line numbers. As well as three text messages. I actually waited for an hour and a half before I gave up. Since then I've had no reply or apology. I've lost a great deal of money. Do not book here...

I visited Donna with my daughter last week, what a lovely lady. From the moment we walked through the door she was warm and approachable. She listened to what we had to say and was very understanding of our concerns. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who is competent without being arrogant, who took the time to explain things in detail to us.Someone who is extremely honest but done with such a kind-hearted manner.I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Donna.
