This was my first time , I had worst experience . I asked the staff on duty to wax my eyebrows , I’m not at all satisfied with the service because she almost applied wax on my hair as well and doesn’t even bothered to rectify it and I had to ask her for it. Even my friend who accompanied me to do hers Had a similar experience where the staff wasn’t ready to do her need instead she did by herself.She acted as if she was experienced . It would be better if you appoint a better experienced staff.

So so happy with my eyebrows I went in today as a walk in and have never used there beforeI went in with horrible eyebrows and left with beautiful ones !The lady who did them for me was chatty friendly and made sure I was ok the whole timeIn the past I’ve used a nearby salon and paid a lot more money and left disappointed but here the price was amazing and the service was exceptionalI will be back !Thank you

Neha is very skilled, did an excellent job on mine and my mum’s eyebrows. She’s professional and handled clients and calls very well. Welcoming, reassuring and definitely provides a great service. We’ll be back :)

Came in today for an eyebrow wax after being let down by another salon. The lady in the shop was so lovely! She waxed and threaded my eyebrows, i was nervous about the threading, as ibe had it done in the past and it was so painful. She put me at ease and it didn't hurt at all! I'm over the moon with my eyebrows and will be going back again! Thanks so much!

Got my eyebrows threaded by neha, she was very sweet and spoke to me during that time. Makes sure to ask you what you want. Relaxing music, smells and looks nice inside too so very calming. Prices are better than nearby beauty shops. Would definitely recommend :)

Saturday I arrived very excited for a facial massage. Unfortunately, for an hour another lady talked continuously and loudly on the phone next to me doing her agency job.Because it was a perfect technical massage and the dear lady tried to maintain a relaxing environment as much as she could, I decided not to leave in the middle of the procedure even though I felt tortured by that lady who was talking loudly on the phone, even though I politely asked her to speak more slowly.The place is ideal and perfect for quality, but as a client, I believe that the peace and the environment is as important as a perfect technical massage, if not more so.I felt like I was getting a massage in the market.
