I have been to David Ketteringham for many years after a recommendation from a friend. I have never had cause to regret it. He is not cheap but he is extremely efficient.

Quite rude to me on the phone - very quick to tell me to go elsewhere with my watch before I had told him what I was hoping to get from his service. Extremely unprofessional and rather disappointing.I have since contacted the watches original manufacturer, who are more than happy to help - though I'm sure they will be quite expensive, I'd rather give them my money.
