Very good place, clean and with many choices of gifts. The staff is just amazing and helpful. I was served by an Italian girl, very nice and patient with my requests. I recommend definitely !

Avoid! They are the most overpriced souvenir shop in oxford, with a no returns policy. Multiple shops next door and down the street sell the same EXACT things, for half to fraction of the price. After coming back to return the items (I found cheaper next door) 5 minutes after my purchase they refused to refund - stating ‘company policy’.
